For couples who want more than day-of coordination — this package includes complete wedding management plus rehearsal coordination, full setup and teardown, allowing you and your loved ones to relax and enjoy the celebration without lifting a finger. I’ll execute your vision seamlessly, managing all logistics, communicating with vendors, and ensuring your décor and design come to life exactly as imagined.

Decorate and Teardown
Our team will handle the full decorating and styling of your event — from placing décor and design details to ensuring everything looks exactly as planned. At the end of the night, our team will stay to remove and pack all décor and styling elements we set up, so you and your family can leave without worrying about cleanup.
If you’d like us to handle full teardown beyond styling, such as tables, chairs, or other rentals, this can be added for an additional fee based on table count or guest count. All additional teardown needs will be discussed in advance and clearly outlined in your proposal.

The Process
TRAVEL & LOGISTICS
For Michigan weddings, travel fees apply once your event is more than 30 miles from my home base in Harbor Springs. Depending on the distance, overnight lodging may also be required. Holiday weekend weddings are billed at holiday rates to reflect both the demand and the commitment of our team working during those times. All of this will be clearly outlined in your proposal, ensuring expectations are clear and the planning process remains smooth and stress-free.
